I am very proud to announce the completion of the Eggplant Casino’s first CD, “Coping with Gravity,” a project three years in the making! To celebrate this momentous occasion, we are playing at Café Du Nord, an absolutely beautiful venue in SF that is just dripping with atmosphere! Pull out your party dresses, feathers and fedoras, it’s going to be that kind of night!

Who: The Eggplant Casino is opening for the amazing Rosin Coven, the world’s premier Pagan Lounge band. We will also have some very special guests from The Hot Pink Feathers! Woo hoo!

Tickets for the event are $14 in advance, and $16 at the door. There’s a big chance this will sell out, so get your tickets in advance!

The money raised by the casino games will go directly to purchasing instruments for the budding music program at the June Jordan School for Equity, the amazing social justice based public school that I have been blessed to teach at for the last 4 years. The music program is being developed by the Music National Service, a federal initiative to provide trained Music educators to public schools around the country in reaction to the disappearing arts and music programs in public education.
